Well I dont know anything about the history behind this, but I do wonder one thing though....
Yes I did notice the helmet inside the toilet, but the reflection on the visor is from in the cockpit of #4... you can see the Tail of Lead in the center .. along with the Cockpit and Nose area of #2 and #3.... so I am wondering if there was some sort of photoshop work done here...
