Thunderbirds F-100D Super Sabres - 1965

Post by Lawndart » Sun Jun 03, 2012 12:36 am

@0:00 The video starts off with strong with a "T formation" separating the Solos in the climb while the Diamond continues to perform a trail to diamond cloverleaf.
@0:45 Synchronized 4-Point Rolls.
@2:02 Bon Ton Roulle - 1/3 rolling right, 2/4 rolling left, the way it used to be.
@2:11 Probably is my favorite maneuver in this clip (they make it look easy).

Don't ask me about the music. :lol:

For true fans of the 60s era of the F-100C Super Sabre heyday I'd highly recommend Thunderbirds - by Martin Caidin. A really good book and time-capsuled read from the 1960's team.
