The 2012 Daytona 500 Flyover

This video takes you from the flightline to the roof of the Daytona International Speedway to give you a look at all the hard work it takes to make a flyover happen... good weather or bad.

At least this flyby went better than last year's (or the year before, can't remember exactly). Super Bowl flyby, where they didn't hit the stadium. :mrgreen:

Maybe he had his bullseye offset co-ords wrong last year Sawa. ;)

Sounds exciting, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be the preferred method. Same concept, anyway. :wink:

This is probably one of the ones you're thinking of...

2007; Super Bowl XLI: Clip 1 | Clip 2

2009; Super Bowl XLIII: Clip 1

It looks closer than it really is at dusk... :wink:
