Crossover Break?
Okay guys now I have seen pictures/videos where the right solo is in the back of the crossover break, and I have seen pics/vids where the left solo is behind. By behind I mean when they cross, the aircraft that is farthest away from show center. So I am just wondering how it is determined who crosses infront and who crosses behind.

Okay LD, this video proves what you said isn't correct haha. At 5:59 you see the break and the left solo (Maj. Weeks) is behind the right solo. I give up! haha

No... haha!!!
You still have it backwards. Maj. Weeks is the Right Solo and she is breaking right with the Left Solo, Maj. Douglas in a left turn behind her (in the video you posted).
It's really very simple. The Lead Solo is always ahead. It could be either a Lefty or a Righty depending on the year. A Right Solo always breaks to the right and a Left Solo always breaks to the left, which means a Right Solo will always be on the left as they approach and a Left Solo will always be on the right as they approach for the hit. Confusing? Not really if you think about it...

That expalins the confusion. The Solos are titled Left Solo and Right Solo on the team based on their Delta wing, regardless of which direction they may turn or on which side they happen to fly in some of the other maneuvers. So, what I said above still appiles:
"Maj. Weeks, a Right Solo, who's on the left side inbound for the Crossover Break will break to the right and be ahead of the Left Solo, who flew in right line abreast formation inbound and executed the break to the left".
Clear as mud!

I give up... I've exhausted ways to explain this!!!???
@FutureThunderbird, please re-read this entire thread. Every reply to your original post says the exact same thing (in different ways) and your '08 video shows (confirms) the same. Maj. Weeks breaks right (i.e. she's on the left prior to the break) and she is ahead of Maj. Douglas (not behind). The Lead Solo is always the one in front.
If you can't get a good freeze frame of the hit from the video you posted, another cue would be the jet which has made a "sharper" turn at the time of the cross, is the one on the inside (Maj. Douglas in #6 pulls a few more Gs).
