I just spent the better part of an great hour at this site. GREAT FIND and I agree, the T-38 Talon was a great choice of bird to have in the Thunderbirds.

The inverted arrow... I don't really understand how they do it, according to the picture pov, it's a high manoeuver, so in a loop?

Likely not a loop... a roll could be possible, but I'd put my money on a flat/overhead pass. 8)
