The Tbirds may even arrive early for the week of Sun 'n Fun at Lakeland. (Only makes sense considering they fly at Punta Gorda the weekend prior to Sun 'n Fun, stationed out of Ft. Myers (RSW) probably). Read the news feed here.

Yes the whole show in canceled, they couldn't secure a title sponsor.

I don't have a link for you, but it's on ASB and there are a few links in that thread.

Man what a waste, the Air & Sea Show always brings in about a half-million people. I'm shocked that no company would want to capitalize on one of the biggest airshow weekends in the country.

And here I had already secured a high rise rooftop along the beach for the show :(

I have some corrections here...

First of all, the Thunderbirds won't be at Langley, they moved the show to June - so no go for the Tbirds there. I am guessing they'll fill that weekend with another show?

And you can add Mountain Home AFB, ID on the 14th of September after Reno.

Anyway, I might get lucky and see the Tbirds in Quebec, but IDK if that will happen or not? I'll for sure be seeing them at Offut though and possibly Milwaukee or Kansas City.

If there is only one airshow to not miss this year, this is for sure the Quebec Intl airshow. The Blue Angels, the Thunderbirds, the Snowbirds, the Red Arrows and the Patrouille de France will be there. Here's a link to a thread in another forum :

There a link to the video in the first post of the forum.

Quebec is definitely one of the coolest shows of 2008. Here's the list of Quebec Intl Air Show Performers.

Actually they have been at the same show site before, last time it happened was Atlantic City one of these past seasons. None the less, the Quebec lineup looks impressive!

...Oh, and it's "Lawndart" to you (grinning my teeth together - "Iceman" style ;)).

Atlantic City 2006 and Dayton 2003 each had both teams with Dayton actually having all 3 North American jet teams.

I know there have been other shows where they have been together, but those are the most recent.
