Any changes to this years show?

Post by Bruin85 » Sat Feb 17, 2007 6:24 am

I was just curious to find out whether there would be any significant changes to the 2007 show? There has not been any major changes to the show for quite some time and I'd like to see some new tricks.

Don't hold your breath bud. No major changes have been made for quite some time. The last two changes were pretty minor- High Alpha pass in place of the Wing Walk, and the Delta Pitch at show end in addition to the final pass after the 4-Plane Cross Rejoin.

We try all kinds of maneuvers, but our goal is to accurately reproduce the Thunderbird Demo. Primarily in its present state, but we don't limit ourselves by also recreating past maneuvers used throughout the years by former teams. While our main focus is to be show ready to do the High-, Low- and Flat Show profiles just like the real team in the present, we will most likely put together a "Vintage Show" as well!

Maneuvers that are not or that have never been Thunderbird signature maneuvers associated with the team in any way, are not performed by the Virtual Thunderbirds in Thunderbird jets.
