It's a true pleasure to announce the newest addition to the Virtual Thunderbirds... #11 Stephane "Panther" Lessentine!

Panther has worked exceptionally hard to earn her spot on this team and has demonstrated all of the qualities that we seek from our pilots including dedication, desire, determination, stick and rudder skills and last but not least being a true team player.

Well done Panther! It's fantastic to see you make the team after all this time and the hard work has paid off. As you know, the learning never ends and now the real fun is going to start as you start to fine tune your skills, calls and knowledge

Looking forward to seeing your progress and keep up the great work!

Congratulations Panther, it's been great getting to know you better over the last few months. I have been impressed by your level of professionalism and dedication not to mention your stick and rudder skills. You are a great fit for the team and I look forward to working with you.

I would like to say "Thank You" to everyone on the team. A little over a year ago the dream began to one day become a member of the Virtual Thunderbirds. Now that it's a reality, I am still shocked and speechless.

I am excited to begin the "training season", where the work really begins!!

It is great to have another female joining the aerobatic community, like in the real world, there are only a few female pilots.

Congrats Panther, you definitely deserved it man, I always see you on the VTB Vent when the VTB are practicing, your very dedicated. Like I said you definitely deserve this position on the Virtual thunderbirds. Congrats Thumper and happy flying =)
