Looks insane! I read the review in the "GameInformer" Magazine. It looks like MW2 will have more of an interactive game play. Also everything you shoot at will crumble or get damaged in some way. Looking forward to it.

But MW2 definitely will, and then we can all make the switch to simulate modern warfare (on land)! :P

Only 3 months, 8 days...

Already looking forward to the personalized killstreak loadouts!

Seeing FourZeroTwo getting semtex'ed at the end of this video was hilarious. He's an avid tweeter from Infinity Ward for those who don't know...

My word, that is awesome.

I haven't even unwrapped my COD5 yet, and now this, can't wait.
COD4:MW is my favourite one in the COD series.

I may have to buy this just for the music. Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, The Last Samurai, Da Vinci Code, Pirates of the Carribean just to name a few) has apparently done the composing for it!

Wow! I just watched that trailer. Radar mounted on your gun and enemy tracking with the AC-130! 8)

Hans Zimmer, Trevor Rabin and James Newton Howard, are also some good composers.

James Horner, Randy Edelman, Michael Kamen, John Williams, Bill Conti, Steve Jablosnky, and Howard Shore also deserve mention if we're talking about block buster soundtrack composers (and I'm sure I'm leaving plenty of names out). Hanz Zimmer has some of the best scores as already mentioned by Rhino (and he also has the most movie soundtracks), but my all time favorite has to be Hans Zimmer & Lisa Gerrard in the Gladiator soundtrack.

fourzerotwo tweeted last month to let everyone know that Hans Zimmer was the official composer for MW2, which also highlights that the game will likely generate more revenue than anything in the movie industry this year. The gaming industry is already topping the movie buiz, but with a game like this, there's no limit! I'm sure Hans Zimmer got a very generous paycheck... 8)

Mr. Smoke On himself forgot Mr. Trevor Rabin! Although, when you do a movie like that, I'm sure any time you see the movie "National Treasure" it is an instant flip to the next channel. :D

Just a side note, James Horner is very good friends with the folks at ASB, and has composed some original music for their "Horsemen Cometh" vids.

No I didn't...

Just figured since Luse had already mentioned him, I would add a few more names and since the topic was about Hans Zimmer composing the MW2 score, there was no reason to list Trevor Rabin again.
