I don't get a sense that Viper is hoping for it but certainly much of the West senses it from Putin's antics. The man has an agenda and it doesn't appear very good.

Do we (West) carry out military exercises? Sure, but do they provoke other countries to scramble their fighters to intercept and escort our Bombers out of their airspace as was the case a couple of months ago in England I believe? I think not.

You're right Stryker, we did escort them out.
'Flexing his muscle' is definatly the thing Putin is doing, and I'm sure one of these days there will be an 'incident' like a collision or something and that will be the start of things to come I fear.

I hope not, but with games like these, the littlest thing can trigger a war.
