I'm trying to figure out your cryptic message and what you're really asking. The mission file(s) or zip file does not install thru LoMan. Only the mod does. You just need to unzip the mission file(s) and load them from any directory you wish while in game (likely the "mission" folder, if you place the files there). If this is not what you're asking, than be more specific next time.

You sure you're not opening the Multiplayer version?

In anycase its all the same for Single Player, all you need is an F-15 with 50% fuel and boom, you're there.

Are you coming in as a spectator or did you associate yourself with a specific airplane?

Either you need to load the mission from the Network menu option (i.e. multiplayer) just the way it is setup and choose a jet or load it by clicking Open from the main menu (i.e. singleplayer) and change the drop down box for one of the jets (#1-8 ) to read player instead of client. This is why you're seeing nothing but F11 camera views (defaulting to one of the radio towers).
