Has anyone figured out how to get Smoke On onto the PS3? I can see it, but it reports as being an unsupported file type. I wanted to watch it on my 60" to "warm up" for tomorrow.

I don't have a PS3, but do have a DVD player that supports multiple formats similar to the PS3. I spoke with Gunner about burning the 2007 VFAT movie to DVD and his advice was just to burn it as a data disc. I did that and it works great on my DVD player.

I think if I did that it would downgrade it to 480i. I want to watch in 720P glory.

If you burn it as a .wmv on the disc I'd reckon it would retain the high def quality, (but it depends on the player of course).

Hmmm... Might have to think about that.

If you burn it as a a regular WMV on a data disk, it will play in all its glory on a PS3... looks amazing on mine!!

Just make sure you have a current update on the PS3, & WMV is enabled in settings.

Worked great! Copied it to the PS3 as well. It's odd that it couldn't read it from a flash drive, but a DVD was fine.
In any case, the only ways it could be better for me now is 1080p and one file! Next time maybe....
