Hey Gunner,

Do you have working gauges for say altimeter and artificaial horizon?
I have a box of different gauge kits from Simkits and was thinking about doing up a small panel with a few key gauges.
Last I read the Simkit gauges did not work with Lock-On and only FS2004.
Just curious.

A very entertaining game indeed LD.
I am up to the 4th single player mission and it is getting more difficult quickly. 8)
I will have to have a go at it with you guys one night on multiplayer.

A little something I have been working on...

I have been working on this project for a few months now. The MB339 as used by the Frecce Tricolori. I pretty much have all the texturing completed with just the animations to complete. http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3747/newpq8.jpg http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/113/new2uy8.jpg http://img21...

Hey Burner,

Are you saying that it is the full shadows choice on the options panel which causes this blacking out of the windscreen? That being the case, at least I could go full high on all the settings and just back off the shadows selection.

Hey guys, Has anyone yet to figure out how and the heck to get rid of the blacking out condition in the cockpit when you set the game graphic settings to high using the 8800? This is really been an issue for a fair bit of time now and it is getting old. It is beginning to bug me having this power da...

Looks like they just moved the "Royal Air Force" from the front of the fuse to the intake side. Much larger letters though.

I have also seen one of these bad boys go up. I saw the first one where they left the white paint off the external tank so as you can imagine it was awhile ago. Third launch I believe. We stood at the outer main gate in the swamp water watching and what I though was amazing was the air buffeting dur...

Oooooo.....I like that. 8)
The biggest issue I see with these is no armrests.
That would make it slightly tougher to stay smooth in formation.

I see the comment about not being authentic. Can someone tell me what makes Lock-On more authentic than this new sim? I would assume you could fly this new sim the same way as Lock-On as far as formation flying or does it only allow the plane to roll one way. (The wrong way) Gunner, what inaccuracie...
