Well, to give you the short gist of it... I use the same calls as the actual Thunderbirds for the most part, however our pulls, rates and turns are "slowed down" to account for lag. We cannot go ahead and pull 4G's in the loop like the real guys for instance cause you'd lose everyone in formation (i...

Tried to look at your site, but I get a "The page cannot be displayed" everytime. I even tried just the domain with the same results... We would very much like to be part of something like this I'm sure, however I cannot make this date myself and I don't know where the other guys stand. (Unfortunate...

There's no need for trim in our sim and even though the real F-16 has trim, it's all fly-by-wire and computer controlled unless the pilot asks to do manual inputs. I'd like to know how much if any interference the planes cause each other for real demo teams? I know they fly offset positioning based ...

Download the mission file on our website and see for your self! If you just want to fly around in singleplayer, just change one of the air groups (planes) from "client" to "player"... You can also reference the F10 view while flying to see the clockface around the airport that sort of defines the ar...

For all you guys waiting for a tryout, I just wanted to make sure people know (the best way) how to get into that correct position before you get too comfortable doing something that you might have to re-learn later again. 1) Look at the "reference" section on our website for the correct views from ...

After installing the mod, does the initial screen after loading LOMAC with the menu on the left have any Thunderbird logo's and the F-15 replaced by a Thunderbird F-16 (aircraft picture)? If it doesn't you didn't install the mod correctly. You will be flying the F-15 as far as the cockpit and flight...

We're already planning to do this and add more actual narrating over the video (or even make our own narrating)! :) It's actually #8 that does the narrating on the Thunderbirds. That doesn't necessarily mean our #8 has to do it, but in case anyone else is curious about the real life lineup it goes: ...

You can use the forum, that's what it's here for! Keep us up-to-date on the progress too  ! Another point that might not have gotten across yet is that, we won't be rushing through the tryouts and assigning pilot(s) as soon as we can. We have the luxury of letting it run its course, since the ...

Practice is definitely a must, so in that respect I think everyone who's considering trying out should get as much stick time as possible before flying with us! Start with the easy stuff, like joining up in straight and level, nice and easy turns. You might not think so right now, but many people fi...

We really appreciate all the kind comments we've been receiving from the community! As mentioned before, we are solving lots of issues with the upgrade from 1.02 to 1.1 right now and until we have a "final" mod for 1.1 we won't be thinking about hosting any tryouts. Once the mod is done and our new ...

Unfortunately, bad pots seem to be more the norm than unusual sometimes, possibly because the high number of hours we put on our sticks. Still, I'd go ahead and order some spare ones as soon as you get the joystick just in case. They're the weakest link or Achilles heel in what otherwise is the "tan...

Jim, We will more than likely have actual comms from the real guys in our next vid. I know a couple of you have asked if we could have our own, but they're essentially the same except that we might not sound as strained while transmitting (screaming) our callouts as the real guys do since they pull ...

Did Burner try to host/join just like you did and did he have any similar problems? It'd be nice to single out whether it's 1.1, the mod or on your end of it!

No, you shouldn't have to do anything else. I'd suggest a clean install of LOMAC and then patch the game up to v1.02. Then install the mod using LoMan 2.x and everything should run fine!

(It won't be long before we have the mod avail for LOMAC v1.1).
