How many more months before 16? You could go ahead and start working on your private. That way when you turn 16 you just need to get your Class III Med and checked out by your instructor to solo.

I love making a movie knowing I came up with a paticular idea for a shot on my own. So I guess my words of advice would be to follow your heart. But yo...

Thanks for the compliment, only coming up on my 8th year now in the USAF. Served in Bosnia, Iraq and many other places Thanks for your service to our country, LD. Without the USAF, there would be no one to save the Navy in a dog fight. Not only that, the Air Force is so great, they train pilots fro...

I'm looking into getting a Cougar. Any suggestions or comments are more than welcome as always. Scoo...

Device on aerobatic biplanes

I have seen this spiked device conecting to the strut on the left side of the aircraft on many aerobatic biplanes...here is an example of it on the mighty CEII: http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j302/capflight4105/ChristenEagleII.jpg My question is - is this a device used as an attitude reference or...

This has got to be a purposeful bloopers video. I find it incredibly hard to believe that they would leave notebooks etc...just floating around in the cockpit.
Someone told me or I read somewhere that the velcro straps that hold the papers on the kneeboards is not too great.
