The vtb could use something like this, man that looks sweet. http://www.virtual-jabog32-mirror2.de/_downloads/_pics/img_id589.jpg The Red Arrows could use something like this. http://www.virtual-jabog32-mirror2.de/_downloads/_pics/img_id590.jpg And I am sure there could be a sharp looking VBA skin f...

More than one VFAT or something of its nature is in order to accommodate the growing Virtual Aerobatics community within Lock On. It seems there are few ways to go about this. One is to have a single VFAT weekend and have multiple mods for people to install like LD said and having two different serv...

O man, so many teams using the F-15. This is going to be a tough VFAT to mod. That's one of the few things that plague Lock On is the lack of customizability when it comes to custom flight models. I guess its to keep the cheaters out of the aircombat part of the game. Some day maybe we'll get a rep...

...I remember zooming around a bit with it in Vista on DX10, but it didn't look right for some reason. Now that I'm back on XP I will definitely have to try it. I wasn't aware that DX10 was even out yet. The 8800 series is a good card for sheer performance in DX9 but I personally am going to steer ...

Just tried a quad Xeon core system 2.66Ghz, 2GB Ram, 7300GT 256MB card. Resolution at 1024x768x32. The scenery object sliders set to max and road traffic set to 75%. In a 2 core system both CPU's seem to being fully utilized and on the 4 core system 1 CPU appears to be maxed out and the other 3 look...

Definitely! I just got done flying around New York City with the Scenery objects cranked as high as they go and had the road traffic on 75% and it was awesome! Textures are all on high, I even had the area that it loads set to high. I kept the FPS locked at 20FPS and it never went lower then that, i...

It is hard to be exact with my findings because there are so many variables with the graphics settings so I will be brief. I have definitely received a 20-30% performance increase with my test system, Core 2 Duo 2.33 4m, ATI X1600 256, 2GB ram. On my test box I had to have the scenery objects slider...

http://www.fsgenesis.com has an awesome terrain mesh upgrade that is well worth the money. I haven't tried the World one just the North America upgrade. I know many people who have purchased this and have been very satisfied with the differences. Check out http://www.AVSIM.com for reviews on addons ...

Depending on where you bought the software from you may have a tough time returning it. A recommendation is to uninstall and perform a clean install of FSX. I would recommend installing it into a folder named slightly different then the original one, this way there are fresh registry entries made an...
