Rage, I know the feeling all too well myself. I had a busy day at work and was unable to view the show even from work due to that we are just changing ISPs there and the net was down, then up, then down...at work as they completed the installation. I finally got myself out of there about 15 min. to ...

Ah GTR2! That would be great... competitive yet not related to what we do here and would be alot of fun to boot! NGT class, I have the Porsche done for us, and will be creating the other class skins for our VBA team with our own flight numbers on the side and flag related to current country living i...

Hi Gunner. I have been the Sr. Mechanical Engineer and Designer for our Simulation and Training division for the last 16 years, where we design and build military simulators for gov't contracts. I will take a look and see if I can snag one for you if we have any laying around, and we might even have...

We mold those here for simulators ourselves, with the attachment cables molded inside during the process. If we ever get around to another ejection seat contract ( we do F-16's, F-18's, F-22's, etc. etc.) I will let you know prior, and can have our model & mockups dept. make a few extra for me and s...

Burner, I'm going to have to second everything you indicated in your last post here in this thread. I too have it set like you (zoom set like yours and at 1920x1080), and have no discernable warping at all, even tucked in under Rhino's wing. I also resolved the having to reset the graphics.cfg file ...

Great, thanks for the info. So there is no real concern with not being able to see my full desktop with the Start Bar at the bottom then at 1920 x 1080 it sounds which is great news to my ears.
Thank-you.

I got a question for those here that have been through this, as I am about to order a 1080P LCD for myself. I noticed Redeye stating that he had a problem running LockOn at 1920 x 1080, and had to revert to another resolution to view "everything". Are you guys not able to view LockOn at the full res...

I concur; although to be honest 40" and above are just too big for me currently with regard to my desk and eye distance spacing to the display surface. The 37" is borderline for me on the highside, with the 32" being ideal for where I sit relative to where the lcd would sit using safety factors (fro...

Great topic here guys! After going through it, the last few pages really seemed to have answered my questions regarding my potential purchase of a 1080P wide screen LCD for my formation flying needs, and give my wife the 21.3" 1600x1200 res LCD to my wife. I was hoping to have found a solution to th...

Wow. That's some kit Gunner and looks like you're doing a pro assy, just make sure the pads are made of real good stuff due to the amount of time we all spend sitting in them.

Good job Tubs!
It's a great feeling of accomplishment I bet? Adding some paint to it, stickers, etc, will make the immersion into feeling like you are in a pit even better. The tough part is over, now enjoy.

I was thinking of making the trek to watch the night launch myself from Orlando, but that traffic is a huge deterent for me; when I can see it clearly from my pool-deck as it points East and I have a lake behind the house so no obstructions. Should light up the sky this Thursday night. 8) Have you g...
