I believe it was on their handouts (I have to look at the one from AN 2010)...but other than that...yeah...
I never saw it anywhere else either. Just glad they went back.

The Patch
Did anyone else notice the team got rid of the 'bullseye" on the patch this year...?
I'm glad...didn't like it. Understood what they were trying to do...but didn't like it.

Wow...you guys are the experts for sure. Just seemed to me that seeing a reflection on the ground was more difficult than seeing a bus! :D Well, add that up to something new to learn about the team. I wonder what the actual "mirror" is...what it's called and where you would buy one. I also wonder wh...

That's a pretty sophisticated "mirror"...it looks electronic... plus there is another "lens/hole" in the upper corner... I also thought the team keys off show center...which is usually a bus or some large piece of equipment that is placed at "show center"... I can't imagine them seeing a small refle...

What is TB #9 using?
Alright...at first I thought Thunderbird 9 was taking pictures with his iPhone. Except he kept holding his "phone" right up to his eye. The team was flying...and even after the demonstration...when they were in the recovery stage...TB9 was looking through this. Anyone have a clue??? After the demons...

Aviation Nation 2010 - Two Sneak Passes
Wow...not sure who else is out here... but did I see TWO sneak passes on Saturday??? Also...never saw the team pull a plane out of the hanger (#3) from all nite/day maintenance issue...to spread the crowd and park her with the rest of the team. Pretty cool. Wonder why they didn't use #7 or #8? http:...

Thunderbird Egg Plane
Okay...I've seen it all...but this is cool. Don't know HOW I ran across this...but... Hasegawa makes these models. You have to build them. Pretty cool. They even make a Blue Angel version. Just Google Eggplane... http://www.takeoneprod.com/eggplane/1.jpg http://www.takeoneprod.com/eggplane/2.jpg htt...

Point Mugu Airshow video

Thunderbirds are towards the end. Seems Mr. Roberts used some Magic Bullet software to give the sepia look. FYI...this was shot with a Canon DSLR 7D camera. Amazing that digital still cameras are now shooting full hd resolution video.
