Yes I did all that and it still shows the Thunderbirds startup screen in LockOn, so I don't know what's going on?

It's telling me no backup files f15-collison.lom - no action do it manually. I'm not understanding why this thing is happening when I try to unistall?

I am having trouble with LoMan. I installed it and reinstalled and I even reinastelled my Windows and that VTB mod is still showing up in yellow. Nothing is working and I can't unistall it from LoMan, so could anyone help if possible?
