LD, was that guy a Canadian exchange pilot? His shoulder insignia and wings are not of an Air Force pilot.

Hey Lawndart,

I guess I will see you on Sunday. Still have your cell number unless you've changed it. I will give you a ring. Talk to you about the outside stuff at the air show. Hope to see you guys there.

Lawndart, Are you guys practicing the new maneuvers yet? I will probably be at the MacDill show on one of the two days and my neighbor has offered to go out on his boat right off the base. Haven't decided if I will do that yet, but should be fun. Which day are you guys planning on being out there? M...

Steven R. Chealander

Not sure if any you guys recognize the Lead investigator for flight 3407 accident, but he served with the Thunderbirds from 1981-1985. Got a good experienced person for the job. Amazing resume.

Best wishes for the survivors of the mishap.

Here is the interview by Brian Kilmeade at Fox News:

Super Fly Over

Here are my shots from my front porch. Sorry, could not get better shots. I only have a 200 mm lens. Gosh, I wish I could have gotten the shot as they flew over my house!

Well, they flew right over my house after departing McDill. Did not have my camera ready. :x

Got a few shots of them circling prior to the flyover. I will post them on my webshots for you guys, but really to far to get a good look at them.

Boy they sounded great!
