Plenty of male demonstration pilots have had accidents. It hasn't stopped males getting being picked for these teams.

Female pilots are a non-issue these days... you can either do it or you can't... gender is irrelevant.

Dash, there is no specific date. Phase two candidates simply fly with the team during practice. At the moment the best way to do that is to fly with Bon Jobie, who is learning the deputy lead position. These sessions usually start at 9.00pm PST when Bon is available.
