Welcome to the forums Justin! To answer the first part of your question: The Diamond uses VHF frequencies, and the Solos use UHF frequencies. I believe the simple answer is that Capt. Kassandra Mangosing’s two year tour on the team (2018-2019) came to an end, and she was replaced by Capt. Mike Bell, the new Maintenance Officer now serving his two year tour (2020-2021).
