Wow, looks exciting, so can the Virtual Thunderbirds play the game and just skip all the training since they are the real virutal deal? :) ...kidding! Sounds like a neat game, the multiplayer would be kick a$$ withthe trainers if the game supports multiplayer. Wonder if they would consider making it...

It looks like it may be a little fun for a LAN party or two and then we will see.

I agree with Lawndart, we use those methods to acheive large formations. It takes a lot of practice to making a large formation look great but it is worth the effort.

The filehosting works, however it took me a few trys to understand that I had to wait for the counter to go down in order to get the file. Awesome video, lot of fun to watch!

Don't mean to sound negative, but the IMAX Fighter Pilot movie was the very opposite of impressive if you ask me. Nice idea that all went to unrealistic baloney IMHO. The scenes in Magic of Flight looks awesome. I bet the full presentation would rock on your home HDTV! LD Have you seen the whole mo...

The "Fighter Pilot: Operation Red Flag" I saw in Dayton last year about 3 times over the course of 8 weeks while I was there for training. It was by far the best Imax film I have ever seen. I will own this DVD some day.

4.1GHZ capable CPU Dual Core Intel for $130

http://www.tomshardware.com/2006/05/10/dual_41_ghz_cores/ I think the major points to notice is what sets this CPU apart from the 820 and some of the others is that it has a 2nd revision (B0) core and it supports "Thermal Monitor 2" which my D820 does not. You can push this cpu and not cook it. Very...

So you are telling me that those pics are of a hanger that was rendered or used with Fighter Ops?

Does this mean the VTB have a beta version or something to play with? No comment eh?

I am highly interested in hearing more!

PowerAerobatics

http://www.poweraerobatics.com/saf/service.html My Dad and I drove made a visit this last Sunday. We found the airport pretty easy and at first I wasn't quite sure where the School was. The airport is an old closed military base and a prime flying spot with not many buildings around the runway. As w...

I found this video on another forum, and thought some might find it interesting. BE WARNED , it gets very graphic, and shows the aftermath (read dead bodies) of the crash. I used to work for the biggest name in ATM's in the world and there were a few days after work where I got to get up close and personal with XB-70 they only let me take pics of the outside of the plane. There was also a AF-12 in the same Hanger.

I would love to get my own formation flying team together in real life with some small planes. It would be neat to do it in those Pitts planes. I found a pair of them, older ones, on line each for around $20,000. Now only if they seated two people. Would be neat to bring the wife with. :)
